- Inside Dhaka: delivery charge ৳60, typically within 1–2 business days.
- Outside Dhaka: delivery charge ৳120, typically within 2–3 business days.
- Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to courier delays beyond our control.
- We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners.
6. Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- Skincare and hygiene products are non-returnable once opened, for hygiene reasons.
- To initiate a return, contact us on WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return.
- Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
7. Payment Terms
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh. Payment is made directly to the courier upon receipt of the product. We may introduce additional payment options in the future.

All products listed on NexTrends BD are imported directly from verified international suppliers. We stand by the genuine quality of every item we sell.
9. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Final prices, including delivery charges, will be confirmed on WhatsApp before order confirmation. Prices may change without prior notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
NexTrends BD is not liable for damages caused by courier handling once the product leaves our facility, or for any indirect losses arising from product use. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
